The design is guided by a careful balance between expansive views and tropical comfort. Generous glazing opens the interiors to the surrounding landscape, while deep overhangs mitigate solar heat gain. Formed by cantilevered roof projections over both the main residence and the pool pavilion, these elements provide essential shading and reinforce the villa’s crisp, modern expression.
